The Den's Quality Process 

1. EVALUATE YOUR NEEDS 
-Confirm claim information
-Confirm your policy coverage 
-Schedule your vhicle's repairs and the projected completion date 
-Present our repair order for your authorization and signature 

2. SET THE PLAN 
-Confirm the insurance has received and reviewed your claim 
-Evaluate your vehicle and the repairs needed 
-Prepare an estimate and review it with you
-Submit the estimate to your insurance company, if required

3. REMOVE & INSPECT 
-Remove and disassemble the damaged parts 
-Re-Inspect your vehicle for any hidden damages 
-If any hidden damages are found we will notify the insurance company immediately and provide any written documentation to them

4. FIND NECESSARY PARTS
-Order necessary parts 

5. COMPLETE BODY REPAIRS 
-Replace and Repair all damaged parts 
-Inspect vehicle to make sure all ordered repairs are completed

6. PREPARATION AND PAINTING
-Cleaning 
-Sanding 
-Priming
-Sealing
-Masking 

7. PAINTING - COLOR & CLEAR COATS 
-Paint is expertly mixed to match your existing paint color 
-Multiple paint coats are applied 

8. FINAL VEHICLE ASSEMBLY
-final parts are assembled  

9. CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION 
-We contact our customer to take delivery of their vehicle

10. REVIEW AND DELIVERY
-We meet with you to go over the repairs
-Discuss any questions or concerns you may have 
-Confirm proper care of the paint finish
